ANNOUNCEMENT: ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)
- The AGM will be on Thursday 30th of September 2021 at 6:00 pm in the Masjid at 73 Lancaster Rd.
- Register or renew your membership before 23 Sept 2021.
- New members and those who renewed their membership are eligible to attend the AGM, nominate members for the board, and be nominated as board members.
- The AGM will elect
- President
- Vice-President
- Director
- Membership forms are available
- from Secretary - Abdul Ally
- at the Masjid desk
- Submit the forms to Treasure Secretary – Dr. Junaid or Imam and pay the fee
- The board’s nomination forms will be sent by the election committee
- Annual Registration Fee: $35.00 per person
