ANNOUNCEMENT: ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)

  • The AGM will be on Thursday 30th of September 2021 at 6:00 pm in the Masjid at 73 Lancaster Rd. 
  • Register or renew your membership before 23 Sept 2021.
  • New members and those who renewed their membership are eligible to attend the AGM, nominate members for the board, and be nominated as board members.
  • The AGM will elect
    • President
    • Vice-President
    • Director
  • Membership forms are available
    • from Secretary - Abdul Ally
    • at the Masjid desk
  • Submit the forms to Treasure Secretary – Dr. Junaid or Imam and pay the fee
  • The board’s nomination forms will be sent by the election committee
  • Annual Registration Fee: $35.00 per person
