The Muslim community is a very small community, about 200 families live here. The Islamic Association of Saskatchewan – Moose Jaw was established in 2004, under the leadership of Dr. Ramadan who has been in the forefront on establishing the Islamic community here in Moose Jaw. For the time being the Association rents a small space on the main street for daily prayer. In Sha Allah under the leadership of Dr. Ramadan the construction of the new Masjid had begun and hopefully, the Islamic community will start using the facility before Holy Month of Ramadan in 2018.
